Returns

We offer a 14 day right of withdrawal on standard sizes. Orders that have been produced according to customer specifications or made-to-measure can not be revoked. In this case, we have sent you after ordering another e-mail, which explains the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

Please complete the return form completely.
Please enclose the completed return slip of the return shipment.

Stick a DHL shipping slip on the package and give it to DHL.
The costs of the return must be borne by the consumer himself. This is regulated by the legislature since 13.06.2014.

In the case of demonstrable complaints, it is possible that we will send you a DHL return label by e-mail.

If we have received the return and this has been checked, we will remit the value of the goods back within 3 working days.
For repayments, the same payment method is always used with which the order was paid.

Our shop software allows "credits in the customer account". Credit notes are therefore not paid but provided for follow-up orders.
We gladly offer this option for repayments by bank transfer or by credit card to our customers.
Advantage: We save fees to banks and payment service providers.
Disadvantage: The feature is only possible in the desktop version of our online shop.
